
Eric K. Schnibbe
Eric K. Schnibbe focuses his practice on complex business litigation and appeals. Mr. Schnibbe has successfully represented clients throughout the Intermountain West. He is experienced in handling complicated matters of business litigation, and has obtained multiple favorable outcomes for clients in appellate courts. Mr. Schnibbe is an active member of both the State Bar of Nevada and the Utah State Bar and is a 1998 graduate of the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, where he was an editor for the Utah Law Review. Following graduation, Mr. Schnibbe served two judicial clerkships with the Utah Court of Appeals. Mr. Schnibbe was named in the 2008, 2009, and 2010 Rising Stars list published by Super Lawyers (TM) magazine as one of the top young attorneys in the Mountain States region.
