Mr. Biehn graduated with degrees in International Studies and Spanish from the University of Utah in 2007. He obtained his J.D. from American University, Washington College of Law, where he was a student attorney in the Community and Economic Development Law Clinic. Mr. Biehn also served as a dean’s fellow and research assistant within the Legal Rhetoric Program.
