JASON A. MCNEILL is a partner of Magleby & Greenwood, P.C., where he has successfully litigated and resolved numerous matters resulting in a favorable verdict or settlement. Mr. McNeill is licensed to practice law in both Utah and Nevada, where his law practice spans all areas of commercial law, including litigation involving intellectual property, unfair competition, contracts, business torts, real estate and various other commercial matters. Mr. McNeill is rated a "Preeminent" lawyer by the Martindale Hubbell client review ratings, the highest rating clients can give counsel. He is also a Mountain States Super Lawyers (TM) Rising Star, a distinction given to only 2.5 percent of practicing lawyers in Utah, Nevada, Montana, Idaho, and Wyoming who are under the age of 40 or who have been practicing law for less than 10 years. Mr. McNeill has also been voted by his peers as one of Utah's Legal Elite, as published in Utah Business Magazine.  Mr. McNeill is a member of the David K. Prior to working at Magleby & Greenwood, P.C., Mr. McNeill practiced law as an associate attorney for a large Nevada law firm in its Commercial Litigation department, and clerked for several San Diego law firms and the Utah Attorney General's Office. Mr. McNeill is a graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law, where he received his J.D., cum laude, in 2002. Mr. McNeill also attended the J. Reuben Clark Law School, Brigham Young University in 2001-2002. Mr. McNeill was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award for achieving the top rank in the courses of Property Law, Internet Law, and Bankruptcy Law, and in 2002, the American Bankruptcy Institute awarded Mr. McNeill with the Medal of Excellence Award. Mr. McNeill completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Utah , where he received his B.S. in Business, Finance in 1997.
