Most recently, Magleby & Greenwood, P.C. won a unanimous verdict of over $133 million for the firm's client, USA Power, after a more than five-week jury trial.  The award was one of the largest jury awards in Utah history. The USA Power verdict was one of the Top 100 Verdicts of 2012, as reported in The National Law Journal and Verdict Search. See The National Law Journal, The Top 100 Verdicts of 2012. It is also believed to be the largest trade secret verdict in the United States in 2012, and the largest trade secret verdict ever issued in Utah.


Magleby & Greenwood, P.C. also obtained a multimillion-dollar damages award for its client, Mark Haug, after a two-week jury trial. See March 19, 2010, article, La Caille Owners to Pay $4.7 Million to Ex-Partner.

Magleby & Greenwood, P.C. also obtained a multimillion-dollar damages award for its client, ClearOne Communications, Inc., after a two-and-a-half week jury trial.
