They provide clients with powerful advocacy, leveraging their personal and professional qualifications with commitment and authority.
When working with a client to determine a course of action-whether in a business law matter, an intellectual property dispute, or securities litigation-the firm's lawyers will provide a clear and realistic picture of the client's legal position, create a strategy that conforms to the business and practical needs of the client, and implement the strategy quickly and efficiently. With a reputation in the Utah legal community as assertive and effective trial lawyers, the attorneys are often able to resolve matters quickly, and to their clients' benefit, during pretrial negotiations. If resolution cannot be reached, Magleby & Greenwood is prepared to go to trial.
Under extreme pressure to lower legal costs in the current economy, companies have been increasingly turning to small firms, like Magleby & Greenwood, P.C., to handle outside legal work. See September 2009 publication in the ABA Journal.
