Christine T. Greenwood
CHRISTINE GREENWOOD'S law practice is in all areas of business litigation, at the trial and appellate levels. Ms. Greenwood's litigation experience includes trade secret, trademark and unfair competition litigation, securities, real property and construction litigation, and commercial landlord-tenant disputes. Ms. Greenwood also assists her clients in drafting, negotiating and reviewing contracts and similar transactional documents.
Ms. Greenwood obtained her J.D. from the University of Utah College of Law in 1998, where she was the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Law and Family Studies and a teaching assistant in legal writing and contract law. Ms. Greenwood received several awards for academic achievement, including awards for outstanding performance in antitrust, insurance law, legal writing and commercial document drafting. Ms. Greenwood served as a law clerk for the Honorable Monroe G. MacKay of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit from August 1998 through August of 1999.
Ms. Greenwood has been included on the list of Mountain States Super Lawyers (TM) for 2008 through the present, in the area of business litigation, an honor given to only the top 5% of attorneys practicing in the Mountain States, which include Utah, Nevada, Montana, Idaho, and Wyoming. In 2009, 2010, and 2011, Ms. Greenwood was also selected for inclusion in the list of the "Top 40 Women" practicing in the Mountain States.
Ms. Greenwood has also been voted by her peers as one of Utah's "Legal Elite" in the category of Civil Litigation for every year since 2006, as published in Utah Business Magazine.
